Amazing hotel with the nicest staff ever. I emailed them prior to coming if they can hook me up with champagne, flowers and candles to propose to my girlfriend and they made it happen big time. They recommended doing it at sunset with our ocean view room and it surpassed all expectations. 10/10 recommend to all who travel to cozumel.
Great hotel. Clean rooms, nice facility, I would definitely stay here again..close to the ferry and Punta LaGosta shopping mall.
Amazing little hotel, great bang for your buck in the off season. The staff was very accommodating when we needed a late check out for diving they held our bags till after 7pm and let us change in there staff room. Good clean rooms, firm beds, clean refreshing cold water in lobby. Security was always on site all night long. Felt safe and like home. The staff was very kind and respectful. Would 100% stay again and we will be back.
The hotel had a really good rate for our week-long stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. A breakfast of soft croissants with butter and jam and hot coffee was brought to our room every morning at 8. Anytime we needed anything (clean towels, new sheets, etc) the staff responded quickly. The receptionist area is on the 2nd floor (I think they still call the first floor PB and the second d is the first.) They have a small elevator that has clearly labeled buttons. The elevator is a little slow, but it's not horribly slow, plus you don't have far to go in the elevator. There is a non-related restaurant just outside the PB floor that is loud in the afternoons but so far is usually closed in the evenings. Either way, it's not loud in the room, even though the hotel is on the main tourist strip. The beds are on the firm side, but they aren't hard. I've slept comfortably every night. The shower has good water pressure, but it does take a bit of time for the water to heat up. I've only ever wanted cold showers to cool off, so I don't even bother with the hot tap. They provided us with a reusable water bottle while we were here. The water dispenser and microwave are in the common area, but we did have a small refrigerator in our room. I'm really glad we ended up in this hotel, rather than one of the larger ones. It's a lot quieter and relaxed. Plus, they are pet friendly.
Stayed for 10 days, loved the location, close to many of the starting points for adventures, balcony view was fabulous! Just make sure you book the "ocean view" or you'll get a room with no view. The staff were super friendly, and always cleaned the room really well. There's scooter parking down below, but you'll need to street park a car, but it is available. Comfortable bed, cold a/c, mini fridge, plenty of hot water (might take a minute to get there, but it's there) and lots of space. I would definitely stay there again.
